Last updated 15 October 2026

The rules of DroneClean's creator program, in plain words: who can join, what you earn and when you are paid, what your viewers get, and what we ask of you.

1. Who can join

The creator program is by invitation only. We invite creators who make videos about drones, aerial filming or video editing, and we set up their place in the program for the Google account they give us. You must be at least 18 years old. You join by accepting these terms in the Creator tab of your DroneClean profile; your link and code start working then.

These terms add to our Terms of Use, which also apply. Where the two differ about the program, these terms win. They are between you and Matteo Dante, Italy (“DroneClean”, “we”).

2. What you earn

You earn 30% of what DroneClean receives from every purchase of credits made by a customer who joined with your link or code, for 12 months from the day they claimed it. What DroneClean receives is the price the customer paid minus VAT or sales tax and the payment fees (Stripe's), in euro, as it reaches our account.

  • A customer joins with you when their account claims your code, through your link or by typing it. Each customer joins one creator only, the first whose code they claim, and that never changes.
  • Only purchases on the DroneClean website count. Purchases made after the 12 months do not.
  • During the free beta nothing is sold, so there are no purchases and no commissions accrue. Your link, your code and your viewers' extra credits work as usual; commissions start with the first purchases after the beta.
  • If we agree another rate or period with you, your Creator tab shows it, and it applies instead.
  • Your Creator tab shows your numbers month by month. To protect our customers' privacy it never shows who bought, when, or how much one person spent.

3. What your viewers get

  • An account that claims your code gets 300 extra credits, on top of the free credits every new account gets.
  • The code works only for accounts that have not bought credits yet, once per account. It does not lower any price.
  • We may limit how many claims a month get the extra credits, to stop abuse. Extra credits work like any other credit and cannot be exchanged for money.

4. When you are paid

  • Each commission waits 30 days after the purchase, so refunds and most disputes come first. If a payment is disputed, the disputed part of its commission waits until the dispute ends, even past the 30 days.
  • Then it is ready to pay. Once a month we pay what is ready, by PayPal or bank transfer, when it reaches €50.00; below that, it waits for the next month.
  • Send your PayPal address or bank details by email to support@droneclean.app. We store none of them in DroneClean, only the amount, date, method and reference of each payout.
  • You are responsible for declaring what you earn and paying your own taxes. We may ask for the details our accounting needs, such as an invoice or a tax number.

5. Refunds and disputes

  • If a purchase is refunded, in full or in part, or lost in a payment dispute, its commission comes off in the same proportion, also after it was paid. While a dispute is open, its part is held back the same way, and comes back to you if we win it.
  • A refund or dispute that comes after a payout was prepared does not change that payout: it comes off the next one. What you owe that way is taken off your next payouts.
  • If the program ends for you while you owe a small amount (up to €50.00), we write it off. Above that, we may ask you to pay it back.

6. Your own purchases

Your own purchases, and those of accounts you control, do not earn commissions, and you cannot claim your own code. We do not pay commissions on purchases that come from fraud or from breaking these terms.

7. Say it is sponsored

Tell your audience clearly that you earn a commission, in the video (said or shown) and next to your link or code, for example: “Sponsored: I earn a commission when you buy DroneClean credits with my link or code.”

The US Federal Trade Commission's rules on endorsements, the European Union's consumer law (in Italy also AGCOM's rules for influencers, where they apply to you) and the rules of the platforms you post on all ask for it.

8. Fair promotion

  • Do not bid on “DroneClean” or similar words in search or social ads, and do not use our name or logo as if you were DroneClean.
  • No misleading claims: show real DroneClean results, and do not promise what it does not do. It removes the shadow of your own drone, and results depend on the footage.
  • No spam, and no accounts made to claim your own code.

9. Changes and ending

You can leave the program at any time by writing to us. We can change or end the program, or end your participation, with 30 days' notice by email, or at once if you break these terms.

When it ends, your link and code stop working and new purchases earn nothing. Commissions earned before the end are paid as these terms say.

10. Contact

Questions about the program or a payout: support@droneclean.app. Matteo Dante, Italy, an individual, not yet VAT-registered.
